Refund policy

Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery — that is, the date on which the order was delivered to or received by you — only if the item has a manufacturing defect or damage caused from our end. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. We do not accept returns for any other reasons

  • Clearance sale items (cannot be returned or exchanged)

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending the item(s) back. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only in case of a size issue or if the product is received in a damaged condition. If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.

Clearance Sale

Clearance sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
